Edo government deposes monarch , residents strike protest.

– A suspended monarch Anselm Eidenojie has been eventually deposed by the Edo state government  – Mr Eidenojie had filed a suit against Governor Adams Oshiomhole accusing him of his fundamental human rights violation – The development caused residents of Uromi town to stage a protest against the decision taken Edo state government has removed Anselm Eidenojie as the Ojuromi of Uromi in Esan north-east local government area of the state.
